Thursday was our second ribbon cutting! As is shown in these pictures, Amy and I had a blast!!! This ribbon cutting was definitely a great experience because we got to pay a little extra attention to people with disabilities. I believe 60% of the staff here is people with disabilities! That is so awesome! During the opening, the owner of the place was talking about how disabled people aren't given enough credit. They can participate in society so much more than people think, and this restaurant is a chance to show that. Amy and I also got to meet Miss Hotwheels. She is such a sweetheart!
